A night a the museum

A night at the museum is not really my idea of a night out. It has some great actors in it too. Who doesn't love Robin Williams, Ben Stiller, Dick Van Dyke, and Mickey Roney, Owen Wilson? Look we all love them, but they couldn't really save the movie. Does it have great special effects? Yes, of course it does, all movies do now just about. Here's the low down you have a loser dad trying to impress his son and his typical hard ass know it all better than you ex-wife. and he gets a job at the museum where all the crap comes to life at night due to some Egyptian guys tablet. The jokes are few and far between. The story is so over done and you know everything that's going to happen before it does. It's really nothing new and of course it ends with what else? A dance party. Just like all movies like this one does. Because the writer was thinking how to do I end this damn thing? What the hell a dance party, then roll the credits. It's cute at best and okay, if you're under 14. Other than that just go rent something else. CURB THE DOG!!
